The company employs 52 workers of specialized professions for prefabrication and fabrication of pipe systems for boiler plants up to 600 MW,
performing assembly and refurbishment services for energy, thermoenergetic and thermotechnical installations. The company is process-oriented, the type of organization is matrix with a project approach.
Namely, the matrix organization implies a clearly defined business process in the background of which is the matrix of responsibility for performing the process.
The project approach implies that each service is treated as a project that is clearly defined timely (beginning and end),
and where the competences and responsibilities of all participants in the successful execution of the envisaged activities are unambiguously defined.
This approach to the organization minimizes idle movements, the occurrence of incompetence and irresponsibility, which makes our company very flexible and productive
from the aspect of the organization. The main process, or process of value creation, is the process of realization of services from the activity of the enterprise and this process is
dedicated to all processes of support and management processes. Each of the contracted works is treated as a project and the realization of the contracted work itself,
methodologically, it takes place through the project management process.
