Company

The company employs 52 workers of specialized professions for prefabrication and fabrication of pipe systems for boiler plants up to 600 MW, performing assembly and refurbishment services for energy, thermoenergetic and thermotechnical installations. The company is process-oriented, the type of organization is matrix with a project approach. Namely, the matrix organization implies a clearly defined business process in the background of which is the matrix of responsibility for performing the process. The project approach implies that each service is treated as a project that is clearly defined timely (beginning and end), and where the competences and responsibilities of all participants in the successful execution of the envisaged activities are unambiguously defined. This approach to the organization minimizes idle movements, the occurrence of incompetence and irresponsibility, which makes our company very flexible and productive from the aspect of the organization. The main process, or process of value creation, is the process of realization of services from the activity of the enterprise and this process is dedicated to all processes of support and management processes. Each of the contracted works is treated as a project and the realization of the contracted work itself, methodologically, it takes place through the project management process.

LM Metalmont emerged as an idea and conviction that our market needs a quality supplier and supplier of specialized services in the field of installation and maintenance of thermoenergetic and thermotechnical systems. In this belief, in 1994, we founded LM Metalmont and started working in rented premises in Obrenovac. The market responded well to our vision. With the rapid growth, continuous expansion of the service program and comprehensive offer, we also grew personnel. New, promising associates joined us. Since 2000, we have ranked among the respectable companies in the market, both from the aspect resources and from the aspect of overall opportunities. In 2004 we were also listed on the list of 300 prestigious companies in Serbia. 2004 is the year our great success both in terms of growth of the company and in the field of firm positioning on the market. We became recognizable at home as well as in the foreign market. As a logical consequence of the continuous growth of the quality of our services and companies in general, December 30, 2004. It's over project implementation of quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2008 standard, certification of internationally prestigious British accreditation body UKAS.

In the next 10-year development phase, the company worked intensively to build resources. During this period, we built an office building and a prefabrication and fabrication facility with state-of-the-art equipment. In addition, our development included the development of personnel, so a large number of our employees went through the process of certification of welders. Also, during this period we have certified the management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 (ISO 45001) and have obtained the DIN EN ISO 3834-2 certificate.

Today, LM Metalmont is a reliable partner, recognized for its innovation, responsiveness and adaptability, care for employee development and continuous improvement of the quality of its services.
